Fun Friday Finds...Spring Cuteness!!

Spring break is 3 weeks from today! I am SO pumped for a week-long break from teaching, but more importantly, I am excited about heading to my favorite beach town, Charleston, SC for my destination bachelorette party! Whoop! Whoop! :) I'm heading down for a long weekend over break with 5 of the girls from my wedding party and we are all so pumped for 3 days of fun in the sun!! In anticipation of that and just spring/summer in general I've been scoping out and scooping up some spring fashions (note: I typically allow myself about $100-150 each season for new clothes so I MUST shop smart!) I mentioned JCP last week and their cute work attire, so here are a few more fun finds ( mostly more play than work) that are seriously on the cheap!!
Old Navy is either on or off. Sometimes you walk in find lots of goodies, while other times you feel like you hit up the clearance section at K-Mart. Right now, Old Navy is ON IT....CUTE CUTE STUFF!!!! It's apparent that they've been taking clues from their Banana Republic sister store as well as some other fashionable lines. Last night, for example, I scooped up this (well M scooped it up for me. We went to buy him jeans and he came out with that, plus this dress for me! ha!) cute little number for $22.50
I'm thinking this for one of my showers?!

Elizabeth McKay for $215
Here's a top that I fell in LOVE with in the store, but passed on for now because it wasn't on sale and over my normal $25 per item limit. This was $32, but I know it will be on sale soon, so I plan to go back and snatch it up! It reminds me of Elizabeth McKay , which is adorable, but most items run at least $200. Never will I be able to afford that.
Old Navy for $32. Also comes in tan and white
Their swimsuits have stepped it up this year as well! One reminded me of a VS one, while others reminded me of something I'd see at J Crew. Again, not on sale, YET, but I'm sure by May they'll probably be on the cheap! Last night, they were around $20 each piece.

Very JCrewish
Coral and White Cuteness! The top is adorable, but I couldnt find the pic!
There was also a red and blue nautical theme one in the store that had a bandeau top! It looked very classy, but I cant find the picture to show it! The one thing they don't really have cute of right now, is one piece or tankinis. I think J Crew is the one store that hits it right on with the cute one pieces- they're just SO stinkin' expensive. Thank God, for the JCrew outlet and their awesome sales :)

Old Navy also had several fun scarves, hats, and other accessories for around $15 each! I didn't see much jewelery in store, but online they have lots of stuff that rivals Stella and Dot and other more expensive, stylish brands!

If you're looking for some fun wedges, I just learned that Lela Rose paired up with Payless for the spring! Check out these CUTE wedges! They're $54 regular priced, but I'm thinking of getting some when they have a BOGO sale!!

It's so nice to see affordable stores stepping up their style game! I always get so frustrated when I see cute outfits pinned from Polyvore, only to find out the outfit would cost nearly $1,000. Who can afford that stuff anyway?! Yay for cute, affordable spring steals!!!!

  3. Isn't it SO cute!!!! It's super soft as well! I'm actually thinking of getting the tan and white one and pairing it with my coral or teal jewelery! I've been on such a navy kick lately, that I'm scared I'm going overboard with my navy purchases! haha :)
